Joko Okupe

Joko has 35 years of experience, with a rigorous grounding in Integrated Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing Management, Reputation Management, Executive Marketing Education, and Corporate and Business Strategy. Joko is a seasoned practitioner with diverse experience covering various industries and markets including Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia, Sierra Leone, Kenya, and South Africa.
He holds a BA (English) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communications from the University of Lagos (1986).
He worked at LTC Advertising (an affiliate of JWT) from 1989 to 1991, joined Insight GREY in 1992, and co-founded Campaign Palace in 1993. He has founded many other businesses.
His quest for continuous learning took him to the VEGA School of Brand Leadership in South Africa, where he took courses in Strategic Brand Management, Brand Advertising Communications Practice, Events and Leisure Management, and Strategic Approach to Sponsorship. Adebo Onabowale

Adebo has around 25 years of experience in Banking, Consulting, Technology, Telecommunications, Auditing and Outsourcing Services across Nigeria, West Africa, and Europe.
She has a BSc Honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Ibadan.
Her career experience spanned various organizations including Oyelami Soetan Adeleke & Co. (now Tilly Baker), a firm of Chartered Accountants, Integrated Corporate Services, and Xcel Management Services Ltd. She was the Pioneer Managing Director of Insourcing Limited, a subsidiary of First Bank Plc.
At Insourcing Limited, she managed a workforce of over 7,000 personnel and provided effective leadership and direction for the company. This increased profitability and earned the company a strong reputation in outsourcing of Human Resource Management in the country.

Desmond has over 20 years of experience in Journalism, Public Relations, and Reputation Management. He possesses a BA in Philosophy from LASU, an MBA from Enugu State University of Technology (ESUT), an MSc in Political Science from the University of Lagos, an MA in Mass Communication from the University of Leicester, and just completed a PhD in Media & Communications from Pan African University in Lagos.
He has consulted for blue chip Companies like Coca-Cola, Nigerian Breweries, Microsoft, Reckitt Benckiser, Sony Corporation, FedEx, and more.
Desmond worked in the Vanguard Newspaper, and Comet Newspaper (now The Nation), and served as an editorial contributor/consultant to The Guardian from 2008 – 2015. He was also involved with JSP Corporate Communications.

As an alumnus of Orange Academy, Daniel also holds a BSc Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He has held various positions throughout his career as a Business Development Manager at CNI Company (2010-2012), Convener and Lead Facilitator of the Lagos Digital Marketing Training (2013 – present), and co-founder of Moovit Digital. What’s more, LDMT won Digital Agency of the Year in 2017 and Best Digital Marketing Training Provider in Nigeria.
David also held the position of Chief Imagination Officer at Tradersball, an online marketing, content editing and social media marketing firm.
